NEBULA RIDER BY ADRIAN LANDON

Nebula Rider is manifested from the ether to inspire pure bliss, through effortless fluid motion and flying, to elevate the viewer to an altered state. Metal is Adrian’s primary material of choice. It is the substance of infinite possibility and immediate execution. As such, Nebula Rider is made of stainless steel, a larger than life, non-mechanical pegasus sculpture.

About Adrian Landon:
Born and raised in New York City, Adrian scribbled with crayons and ate Play-do as a toddler. His journey as a sculptor truly began at the Art Students League of NY in 2009. Adrian is a proud college dropout, having only completed one year of Industrial Design at the Academy of Art in San Francisco in 2008. He developed his initial body of work in the New York area, including 4 years as a hipster in Brooklyn. It was there that he developed his first Mechanical Horse in 2014, and began to show his work nationally and internationally.

In 2019 he received the Honorarium Grant from Burning Man to make Wings of Glory, a giant 35' tall mechanical Pegasus that galloped and flew in slow motion, on fire. It was a major turning point in his career. He currently lives in Reno NV, with his Queen Rebekah, and makes art at the Generator, a communal maker space.

Adrian recently received a 2026 Honorarium Grant from Burning Man for his sculpture concept The Sound of Time which will debut at Burning Man 2026.
